This role is suited for fresh graduates with an interest in sales and a basic understanding of the logistics sector. You will be responsible for supporting sales activities and contributing to customer acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities: Initiate and handle outbound/inbound customer communication to generate leads. Present logistics and express delivery solutions to clients. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems. Share quotations and follow up for conversions. Coordinate with internal departments for service execution and issue resolution. Achieve individual and team-based sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BA, etc.). Freshers with basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
